Data Entry Clerks
All accounts can instantly be sorted and viewed by debits, credits, ledger, outstanding, history, alpha, reverse, etc.
All accounts have a real-time running balance on each row for financial and statistical values.
All accounts have both numeric financial values and a seperate quantity field for statistical reporting or inventory.
Custom pick lists for accounts, journals, reports, etc.
Of course, recurring transactions.
Data Managers
Reports can be custom built from any account or various account groups.
Reports can contain sub-reports to any level of depth.
Our report resolution is daily, so any accounting period may be used.
Reports can be daily, weekly, monthly, thirteen period, quarterly, annually or custom.
Account details and history can span decades.
Flexibility
Any transaction can debit and credit any account in your books.
We do not restrict which account can be debited or credited.
Transactions can have various levels of depth and complexity.
Two optional trade tax levels are built into the base sales and purchase journals.
All field labels can be changed
Label it an Income Statement, Revenue & Expense, Rapport des revenus de résultats, Declaración de renta, Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung, De Verklaring van het inkomen, it is still the same report.
So whether you call it a credit, crédit, crédito, krediet, 信用, soll, or صدق, transactions
with credits are still the same.
