Canada - Version 96 - Jan 1, 2012

The Ontario and Northwest Territories tax calculation was incorrect for very low annual earnings. This has been corrected and Version 96 has been released.

Canada - Version 95 - Jan 1, 2012

While processing a payrun, error: Account xxx-IE does not exist, or Account xxx-PE does not exist.

Check your default payroll account seperator, is it a . (period) or a - (hyphen).
Run the MAKEGT procedure from anywhere
Set the Government Totals Report with GT
Set the Payroll Records Report with PR
Set the Accounts Seperator with . or -
Press [F5] to continue.

Wen processing T4's check boxes 24   26 for Insurable and Pensionable earnings. These boxes should not be 0.00 except for exempt employees.

If an employee is not exempt, but box 24 or 26 is 0.00, check the GT Government Totals report and see if the employee has more than one account for EI or PE earnings.

If an employee has more than one EI or PE account, delete the empty account. Then rerun the T4PREP procedure.

Canada - Version 94 - Jan 1, 2012

T4 Box 24, insurable earnings was not respecting the annual insurable earnings.
This has been corrected and Version 95 has been released.

United States - Version 94 - Jan 1, 2012

No problems have been reported.
